    • I’m sorry to hear that your Dometic RMD21x 3-way fridge is not working. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to identify and resolve the issue:

Check the power supply: Make sure the fridge is properly connected to a power source, whether it be AC power (shore power), DC power (battery), or propane gas. If it’s connected to AC power, ensure the outlet is working properly by plugging in another appliance. If it’s connected to DC power, check the battery to ensure it has sufficient charge.

Check the thermostat: Make sure the thermostat is set to the desired temperature and is working properly. If it’s malfunctioning, the fridge may not turn on.

Check the burner assembly: If the fridge is using propane gas, the burner assembly may be dirty or clogged, preventing the fridge from working properly. Clean the assembly and check for any obstructions.

If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the fridge.
