1. TV Screen Flickers:

Since its launch, plenty of issues have troubled the Konka Tv. Some users are reporting that their TVs are overheating, and the flickering screen issue is another problem that has been reported.

The flickering issue can be a sign of an overheating TV.

2. TV Remote Not Working:

This is a common issue that you may encounter in your Konka TV. The remote is not working, and you can’t control your TV from the remote.

So, how to fix this problem?

The first thing you should do is check to see if the remote is functioning. You can do this by pressing the OK button on the remote, and if it works, then there is nothing wrong with the remote.

If it doesn’t function, the remote may have been damaged.

You can change the batteries of the remote, or you can try using another remote that is compatible with the Konka TV.

You can also contact the customer care of the Konka TV, and they can help you with the issue.

3. No Audio or Picture on the TV Screen:

There are many reasons why the TV won’t show the picture or audio. One of the most common reasons is the fact that the HDMI cable is not connected properly.

If the HDMI cable is not connected, the TV will not be able to output the audio or picture.

Check your HDMI cable and ensure that it is connected properly to solve this issue. If the cable is loose or the connection is faulty, you may need to replace the cable.

4. Konka TV Freezes & Lag:

If you’re having a problem with your Konka TV freezing or lagging, then it’s most likely that your device is running out of power.

So, the first thing you should do is to check if your battery is fully charged and the power adapter is plugged in.

If your battery is fully charged and the power adapter is plugged in, then you should unplug your Konka TV and check if the power indicator is blinking.

  2. By far, this is the worst TV that I have ever had the displeasure to own. I don’t even own it yet, because I’m still making payments on it. My screen flickers and rolls to the point that I can’t watch anything. I have to physically tap on my screen to get any picture. And then it’s iffy. I’ll be going back to my Lenovo or my Sony TVs because those were the best brands. Do not waste your time money or energy on anything from this company konka.

    • Hello Ici,

It’s really sad to know that you had the worst experience with the brand. ๐Ÿ™ You may ask the company to send a technician, or you can ask a technician in your area to look into the problem.

      • Konka sent a technician 5 months ago due to same problem.
Tech fixed the problem then, now itโ€™s doing same thing again.
No warranty now so Konka wont do anything.
