So, how to fix this problem?
The first thing you should do is check to see if the remote is functioning. You can do this by pressing the OK button on the remote, and if it works, then there is nothing wrong with the remote.

my konka LED tv freez on installation guide
My Konka Smart TV is faulty and I think need electrician because it draw power if using generator and it didn’t on if I used light, I don’t want to it to any technician, I don’t know where and how how to get a trusted technician. Am from Ibadan, Oyo State.
By far, this is the worst TV that I have ever had the displeasure to own. I don’t even own it yet, because I’m still making payments on it. My screen flickers and rolls to the point that I can’t watch anything. I have to physically tap on my screen to get any picture. And then it’s iffy. I’ll be going back to my Lenovo or my Sony TVs because those were the best brands. Do not waste your time money or energy on anything from this company konka.
Had Konka 11 months and now it won’t power on. There is no red light to indicate that power is even present. I have unplugged it and held power button for 20 seconds, and then replugged it ….and still nothing. This is the worst tv I’ve ever had!!!
Hello Ici,
It’s really sad to know that you had the worst experience with the brand. ๐ You may ask the company to send a technician, or you can ask a technician in your area to look into the problem.
Konka sent a technician 5 months ago due to same problem.
Tech fixed the problem then, now itโs doing same thing again.
No warranty now so Konka wont do anything.
