This product may become cloudy at temperatures below 7°C. This is perfectly normal. (The best apple cider vinegar is cloudy containing the mother enzymes being unpasteurised and unfiltered))

Italy certainly makes the best scams. Almost all olive oil coming out of Italy is fake. The biggest importers also have no problem knowingly selling fake oilive oil.

I have been using this product for at least 10 years. I use it in all my cooking. I actually have about 5 bottles in my pantry. I once read where you didn’t meet standard required. I didn’t keep the site to refer to. I backed off the olive oil but didn’t stop using it. I have been researching as to a reason why that was published about your olive oil. I have health issues that this oil could help with and you mention it in your presentation of this oil. I would like to resume the amount of oil I was using before the scare of sub standard was mentioned. Could you kindly relieve my mind of the Optocity done to your company and your oil. I was worried that because terra dylysa is made i n Tunisia it might not be good because everybody knows Italy makes the best oil

Thanks for your review. I agree, I have been using this quality oil for years and I’m sure it is great stuff (no comparison with Bertolli sold by the million gallons at big box stores claiming to be first cold press ! Fake !)Just taste it, if it tastes peppery it is the real stuff. Enjoy.

I have an unopened bottle and have kept in a cool place. There are large white flakes settling in the bottom that appear to be solidified oil. Why is this.
