I bough a French Door refrigerator in 2018, model RF20HFENBSR/US. Dont buy it, piece of crap! The icemaker went out, then the freezer. This happened September 2022. I am still under a 5 year warranty for any seal system issues which it is. Aside from the terrible refrigerator, the customer service I have to say is worst. There are no providers in my area, they have no providers, but they continue to say to find a provider because they want to avoid giving me a refund. Samsung… NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN!

I repair appliances as my job. The Samsung French door fridge with bottom freezer is easily the worst refrigerator to hit the market in the last 30 years. BAR NONE. They had a class action lawsuit against them for their ice makers in the upper left of the refrigerator section. That’s nothing! In the refrigerator section there is an evaporator, the defrost drains get clogged all of the time which ends up resulting in about a $425 repair. I have personally done AT LEAST 400 of them in the last 8 years or so. That’s just ONE service tech in Cincinnati.

Samsung is not reliable the washers refrigerators and dishwashers they look very nice they don’t last long and they can’t get parts and they have terrible customer service I’m ready for a class action suit whenever it comes available

Samsung appliances are the worst you can buy. Gas stove lasted less than the year they couldn’t get parts for it wash your lasted 3 years dishwasher lasted 2 years everything pretty much went out the same time save your money and go with something that’s American made that you can buy the parts for

I bought a French door Samsung inverter model refrigerator for 85k last year. It completely stopped working in a year. Unless and until you have taken an extended warranty which is of 15k extra, you won’t get service. The compressor , spiral condenser and board was fully damaged. Service is too poor. After continuous follow up they came for service after a month . And then we had to wait for the part for few more weeks. When they replaced compressor and board and immediately within 4 days again compressor has gone. This inverter and digital technology sucks. Now I’m waiting for their service for more than a month. The part didn’t come yet. Samsung and reliance digital warranty nothing helped. It sucks !!!!

Samsung is the worst brand ever I’ve had it 3 years and had to replace fan twice and trying to replace it now gor a third time but now in my area no appliances repair people want to touch Samsung one guy actually saying sorry but that fridge is shit. This is a appliances repair guy . Samsung appliance can get me some one here in over a month.. this company is a joke so don’t buy this crap. If you sell Samsung you should be ashamed that you sell such a shit product …
