I was intercepted by a scam company that scammed me out of $600!!
Please DO NOT call the number in the packaging for help with set up.
I have not idea how this happened, the TV was sealed in the box.
Please be careful when calling the enclosed number

Mine loses channels for no reason. I’m using free air TV. I hate the thing for doing that, also by pressing the remote I get something different channel wise from what I want. Will I buy another, NO!! I’ll go for ones like I also have like my big screen Toshiba, no problems with one.

We recently bought the small 24″ model for a bedroom. Its remote will not pair with DirecTV’s remote. Speaking of the remote, ONN’s design is terrible. You can’t hold it in your right hand without touching the volume controls and mute button. Also, the sound is dreadful. We are returning the ONN and buying something else.
