Hi Nathan,

There’s a significant possibility that some foreign material has gotten into your washer’s filter, in the rubber seal, or is just spinning around in the drum if your washing machine is producing noises while spinning, notably a clanking or scratching sounds. Buttons, coins, bra wires, and similar objects are often at blame.

I have had my washing machine since June this year. I have been using the Smart setting but I find the clothes come out a lot wetter than in my old machine. The spin cycle is 1200 rpm and it appears I cannot change it to a faster spin. Also, is there a rinse and spin only cycle anywhere? This is useful for hand washed items

I just installed your machine, the first cycle of washing was a bit noisy, but the second one sounded like a machine gun going off while it was spinning….. I know that cannot be normal, never again..

Can I replace the plastic water pipe that empties the machine as it broke and water coming out on the floor. My Haier is XPB60-CS. Where can I get a new one? How does it cost much & can I replace it myself? Many thks.

just bought a new Haier washing machine can hear the spinning sound but the clothes inside is not rotating and everything else working . what could be the problem i need help please
