In trying to register my new refrigerator, I was appalled at the lack of support. Had I known about this ill-concern about customers, I would have never bought this product, and I strongly recommend that no one buys a Haier Product

I have had my Haier fridge for almost 1 year and have already had to have the whole temperature board replaced and it still is not keeping certain foods fresh. I have never had to throw out so much produce in my entire life of owning a fridge as I have this one. Whilst I love the configuration and look of the fridge I am getting increasingly frustrated with the temperature control. If I put it on the temperature the technician told me to put it on it freezes my fruit and veg and if I lower the temperature it makes my watermelon/pineapple/Honey Dew/rockmelon and lots of soft veg etc, too many too mention go slimy within a short space of time. I would love to sort this out, any ideas ?

I have one that is small to fit my space for one person.
I waited too long to complain about several things.
1 The design is not user friendly as you can only open both the fridge and the freezer by placing you fingers in a slot on the side not visible on the outside and because it is not deep enough your fingers slip out sometimes.

2 Not the gasket but the strip that goes on each when the freezer is open and it comes back on you when you are in the process of taking food out the closing side comes off which is very annoying.

3. The top drawer as there are two is not lined up on both sides at the same time as it comes off track and this gets old.

4 Very hard to keep the door clean.

I regret buying on line. Made in China.
