Hi Jullie,

Start the fill cycle after emptying the washer and moving it away from the wall. While the machine is filling with water, check for drops around the water supply hose connection at the rear of the device. Replace any old, severely corroded, or rusty hoses with new ones before turning off the water.

The worst!! I have to replace the front load drum seal at least once a year. It tears at the bottom. Horrid design and an obvious flaw that has never been addressed.

I will never buy a front load Bosch matching again.

This could be an indication of a clogged drain or vent line. Either way, this means that your laundry is taking longer than usual to dry. You should consult with your local plumber about the possible causes and their solutions.
