In reply to <a href="https://worstbrands.com/bertolli-olive-oil-review/#comment-5695">Rebecca Mouyos</a>.

Extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, like Bertolli, is known for its health benefits, which include its ability to lower cholesterol levels. Studies have shown that consuming olive oil as part of a Mediterranean diet can help to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.

The polyphenols present in extra virgin olive oil also have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to protect against chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cancer. Additionally, olive oil is a rich source of monounsaturated fatty acids, which can help to regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and support weight loss.

It's great that you've had positive health results from using Bertolli extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil. While it's hard to say how much of your cholesterol drop and weight loss is due to the oil specifically, it's certainly a healthy addition to your diet.

When it comes to the container issue, it's good to keep in mind that olive oil should be stored in a cool, dark place to preserve its freshness and flavor. So, a dark-colored glass bottle or a tinted plastic container are a good option. It's also important to make sure that the oil is not exposed to direct sunlight or heat sources, such as a stove or oven.

The price of the oil may vary depending on the brand and where you purchase it from. It's important to research and compare prices to find a brand and price that works for you. And to make sure you are buying a high-quality olive oil that is truly extra virgin cold-pressed, check for certifications from organizations like the International Olive Oil Council or the North American Olive Oil Association.

I have used extra virgin cold pressed Berttolini for a while now at least two tablespoons a day. Has a nice peppery taste and my cholesterol went down 50 points and dropped 35 lbs. To boot. While not all this maybe due to my olive oil price I am not sure the container is a real issue. Will research more. But am an avid user and the price is not above my pocket book.
