I hope you are doing great!

If it isn’t operating, there may be a problem with the fan, the fan circuit, or the fan itself may be frozen. It might have a broken defrost heater, a clogged defrost drain line, or a broken defrost thermostat if it is frozen up.

It is worthwhile to get a new fridge if your fridge is constantly causing you trouble because sooner or later, you will have to go with the new one to get rid of the old one.

Hello Ali,

The issue is most likely either frost-clogged evaporator coils or a jammed or damaged evaporator fan if you can hear the compressor operating but the refrigerator isn’t cooling.
