Have had my tv not even a month. Was a blue line across the screen every now and then, now the bottom half of the tv is all tinted. Very frustrating to pay 650 for a tv and have it crap out within a few weeks.

Hi Luis,

Replace the HDMI cable since the problem with the black screen might be brought on by a short or another flaw in it. In order to try a reset, unplug the TV for five minutes. The TV will reset itself and resolve any momentary difficulties if you unplug it. To fix the problem, reset the TV to factory settings.

When we turn on the tv we are getting volume but only a black screen. Do you know what may be causing this. Thanks for the help

I’ve had my Tv for 2 years and I’ve always had it mounted to the wall. For the past 3 months, I continue to get a black screen every time I try to run any of my Roku apps preinstalled with the tv. The show will start and then turn black but I can still hear the movie or show. The tv works perfectly when I use Chromecast from my cell. I’ve had the factory reset it, updated it, and made sure everything is connected properly but still continues to have these issues.

I turn on the Tv and I can hear it but the screen is totally. Black. Can you advise please.
