It’s hard to admit what you have been using for years is not what you thought it was. But most adults can see past their ego and open their mind to maybe i am wrong. If the labeling is fake then you should look into the claims by the manufacturer.
You have used Quaker Q for years and never had an issue. My neighbor who smokes cigarettes, was told by his doctor to quit, he said; my grandmother smoked cigarettes until she was 75 yrs. old. Get the point?
