Hardly two months back I purchased one and reported unclean dishes and droplets. The service man initially responded with great difficulty. Called up customer care a number of times , mailed them yet no response. I received response on mail and on SMS and then instead of service they cancelled the service request expressing their inability.
The person has taken video clip and photos and said that it will be taken to service station but after 16 days, they are unable to pickup and check.
I would not recommend dishwasher or even any other product of LG.
Hope this review will help many customers.
