However, the other selections are faulty and don’t complete their cycles properly. I am thinking the electronic circuit board behind the touch controls is defective. To keep the machine working, I have to periodically reset it by disconnecting the power supply for a few minutes. Do you have any suggestions?

In November, 2020 we bought dishwasher KDTM404KPS0 and after only 18 months the main pump has gone out and requires $500 in repairs. We paid $1300 for it! AND, the pump is on backorder, has been for months, and they don’t have a clue when they will have more. Stay away from KitchenAid!!
