JVC Customer support is bad. Take 15 to 20 minutes to get a human on the phone. Warranty might be good, don’t know, haven’t received a replacement TV. Just informed warehouse doesn’t have my model in stock, therefore I must call back Sept 6 for update as to when I can expect a TV replacement.

JVC smart TV is about as smart as my arse, never have I bought such rubbish will never buy another JVC product

I have a JVC Android TV.
32inch with Google assistant.
When I put catch-up programs on it runs slow & stops time & time again.
Is this normal for this tv?

Your JVC reviews are very helpful. I’m thinking of purchasing the 40″ fhd led Android model LT-40N5115A and was hoping to get a review on this TV. Not sure if it is a Fire version. Thanks for your help

I purchased a JVC 55″ Smart TV 11/26/2020 that was supposed to have a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Approximately 14 months of use and the picture developed a horizontal line about 2″ wide across the bottom of the screen and vertical streaks of blue, purple and pink that originate from throughout the picture. I contacted warranty support and tried all their “fixes” but nothing worked. I sent them the receipt with the serial number and description of the TV from Sam’s Club that stated there was a two year warranty. Not good enough. JVC will not stand behind their product.
