If your washing machine is not starting you need to check the following things:
Press the power button to start.
Examine the outlet.
Reset the outlet if required.
Ensure the power supply is connected.
Examine any blown fuses or thrown circuit breakers.
Check to see whether Delay Start has been delayed.
Check to see whether Control Lock is on.

If you are still unable to figure out the actual cause, I suggest you hire a technician to fix the problem because your washing machine is new, and I don’t want you to do any bad experiments on it.
