When the sound quits, we restart the tv and the sound works again. Sometimes it stays working and sometimes it quits and have to restart again. Any suggestions?

Hello Patti,

You can check to see if your device is plugged into a power source and the TV is on and if it is not, plug it in and turn on your TV.
The TV’s sound settings are controlled by the TV’s internal system. You’ll need to check your TV manual for the correct settings.
