They would not fix it but sent a part with no info after several weeks or more I went ahead and replaced it myself so I could have ice still does not work and hisense say warranty is void because I worked on it.terrible service from hisense.now I have a new fridge with no ice maker shame on hisense!

Refrigerator less than a year ago the ice maker never worked customer service said they would send a technician to repair it never did and After a couple months without ice maker I tried to fix it myself as I was a auto technician and couldn’t so now customer service says no to repair or replacement I highly DONT recommend hisense products JUNK NO STARS FOR hinsense
