My hisense American fridge freezer is letting food go partially defrost and then it will then freeze again. I it has a intellisense panel at the front it also does not work poperly you have to turn the fridge freezer off and on to use the menu. which seems to lock up after its been on for a while. tempertures on this panel are within what the fridge freezer should operated at .5c fridge -14 top of freezer -23 bottom section.the problems seems worst on the left side of the freezer where food is softer. please help. this item is around 5 years old

Whirring or scraping sounds coming from a frost-free refrigerator or freezer typically indicate that ice has accumulated around one of the fans. You’ll also notice that your refrigerator isn’t as chilly as it should be if this is the case.

I’m considering purchasing a Hisence bottom freezer refrigeration PureFlat Collection (SKU 53E-15797) but after reading your review on their problems, I’m not sure I will. Am I overreacting?

I purchased a Hisense fridge in 2019, with extended warranty. Last Sunday I noticed that the freezer is freezing but fridge was warm. I contacted comerco the warranty people and filled out a service request, 4 days later they emailed saying they are looking for a service provider in my area. It has been a week now with NO fridge I have lost many food items and wonder what I can do to get my fridge working and food replaced. This is crazy!!! What good is a warranty if you can’t get it fixed in a timely manner

Hello We have just received a bar fridge /freezer today. We let it stand for over an hour to let it settle from transport (DHL) from Amazon. We plug it in, set the temp to 4 and waited. After a few hours we checked the temperature inside fridge/freezer. Nothing. the compressor is warm. The power source is 116 volt. I will reset and hopefully the fridge will work.
