Mine does the same.If it gets off balance even the slightest,it will go into another wash cycle and never spin out.My only fix to this junk is pull half the load out and spin two loads from one.sounds like a programming issue to me for sure and I’m surprised Ge is still putting junk appliances out there and not saving their name.

Hi Debbie,

I hope you are doing good!
To check whether there are any obstructions, inspect the intake hose filters. The fabric softener won't drain if the washing machine doesn't have adequate water pressure. Use the water valves to shut off the water and inspect the screens. From the washing machine's rear, remove the hot and cold water hoses.

Hi Jennifer,

I hope you are doing great!
The hose in your washer may be blocked, detached, or have a hole in it, which is why it won't stop full. The pressure will drop if the hose has a hole in it, which will prevent the water level switch from turning off the electricity to the water entry valve.

Hello Brad,

I hope you are doing great!
Your machine's failure to drain the water might be the cause of it halting in the middle of a cycle. Do you notice any remaining water in the drum? If you can, there may be a clog in the waste arrangement (if the machine is linked to the kitchen sink) or the pump filter.

In reply to <a href="https://worstbrands.com/ge-washer-problems-troubleshooting/#comment-4857">Frank Gonzales</a>.

Hi Frank,

I hope you are doing great!
A slow-spinning washing machine is probably encountering issues with its drain system or has debris wedged between its inner and outer tubs. Excess water in the drum will keep it from spinning quickly if the drain mechanism malfunctions. The similar issue will also arise from clothing and things that get trapped between the tubs.

I have the GE Deep fill. Bought last summer. Can't wash anything heavier than a beach towel or the machine quits and leaves me with soaking wet blankets. Can't get it to spin out the water. So disappointed with this product.

My 4mon old GE washer is not self cleaning, it is saying H2O supply on the screen, but I can wash our clothes normal. Also, when I wash with bulk option, when it’s done, towels and bedding are still soaking wet (Encountered it twice)

I have checked with the plumber the water pressure and said our waterpressure is enough for the house to run.

What could be the issue. I don’t want this problem in our household plus this is expensive appliance ????
