Hello Robin,

When supply lines are blocked, frozen, or kinked, water may cease dispensing from the refrigerator dispenser. If the temperature is adjusted too low, a water line that passes through the freezer will freeze. Let the line thaw if there is any ice in it.

I’m having a problem with my Electrolux refrigerator. Model E128BS56ISA. Ice is accumulating in the lower freezer making it harder to open the door. I have to go in and chop the ice up to open the door regularly . After about three week I have to repeat the same procedure again. My question is what is causing this problem and how can I fix it. We have replaced the door stripping twice. We like the refrigerator no the problems. Please advise.
